There are 2 main areas of focus in this module.

1. When you use digital media, refrain from multitasking with 2 different types of tasks or content areas. This "context-switching" drains your brain's energy. One study even found that it lowers your IQ when multitasking. 

2. Balancing your digital use in a healthy way. Your brain and body both need breaks from technology. Your brain needs time to just wander on its own and this is easier to do when you're in the real-world, like by walking, listening to music, or simply staring out the window.
