We've typically recommended Microsoft Lens for scanning documents, but for some reason, it no longer scans your document into a PDF. It just creates image files. You don't need a special app for that, since the camera on your phone does that! I've also recommended Dropbox for scanning, but right now the app is creating blurry images! Well, Adobe scan to the rescue! I've been trying this out for a while and it works great!
